  View info on gov website for NSTHA. I have not enter info, but many others have..all same complaint. Dangerous to drive. Pulls to the left, and slides to the right (as thou on ice). Very SCARY. My car is being Lemon Lawed.

  I shopped against Honda Accord coupe and Infinity G35 Coupe and selected Solara for its smoothness, refinement, better ride, excellent low end power (esp. compared to Honda)...

  I have owned this "absolutely red" Solara for about 3 weeks, and find it a joy to drive. Good roads, or bad; good weather or bad; night or day this is a wonderful car! We have had ice and snow at times, and this vehicle is a real champion with the wide tires, anti- lock brakes, and traction control. The fit and finish is first class, and the gray leather seats looks great with the gray dashboard and red exterior.

  enjoy my solara very much..however i have had a swerve to the left since i bought the car with 15 miles on it..toyota has checked it a number of times with no success..i am frustrated that no one knows what this problem is.dealership has treated me well but it is time to get the problem fixed and quit speculating

  i bought a 99 solara se v6 and i loved it but i traded it in 2001 now i back with another solara and toyota really impress me with this solara SLE V6 nav and everything when i first got the car i drive 2 new york city and this car really have the power .thanks toyota.

  There really isnt anything that I dont like about the car. The only problem I have had is a paint chip on the hood of the car, didnt think that should have happened, but the winter weather takes its toll on cars. Dealership is great to deal with and the performance of the car is good. I love driving it!

  Initial Excelleration - Poor & Brakes - 2004 Toyota Camry Solara

  Over all I would give my Solara SE V6 a low grade because of its very much like a turbo engine. A friend of mine is a Toyota mechanic and he explained why there is so much excelleration delay similiar to a turbo lag engine. For this review, Im only referring to low speed performance. At highway speeds it is more than adequate. I think it is unsafe, because when you need instant excelleration, its just not there. I have owned a manual turbo engine car before and it was very responsive from low end to high end speeds. Would I buy another Solara? NO! Another problem I found is that the brakes are to spungy. I dont get that positive feedback from the brake pedal.
